Turkey Steaks with Hot Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 turkey steaks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stick celery, sliced
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and diced
- 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and diced
- 400 g can chopped tomatoes
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tsp tabasco sauce
Method
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan, then cook the turkey over a medium heat for 8 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
- To make the salsa, heat a little oil and cook the onion for 3 minutes. Add the cellery and peppers and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, the leaves from the thyme and the tabasco. Season and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve the turkey with the salsa, along with peas.
