Ingredients

  • 350 g pasta shapes
  • 2 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 225g smoked salmon, chopped
  • 450 ml double cream
  • 80 g garlic and herb soft cheese

Method

  1. Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions and drain.
  2. Briefly fry the spring onion. Add the salmon and cream and heat until the mixture begins to boil.
  3. Add the soft cheese and bring to the boil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring all the time.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta, and serve.
