Ingredients
- 350 g pasta shapes
- 2 spring onion, finely sliced
- 225g smoked salmon, chopped
- 450 ml double cream
- 80 g garlic and herb soft cheese
Method
- Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions and drain.
- Briefly fry the spring onion. Add the salmon and cream and heat until the mixture begins to boil.
- Add the soft cheese and bring to the boil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring all the time.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, and serve.
