Ingredients
- 100 g pasta shapes
- 275 g leeks, roughly chopped
- 1 tin mushroom soup
- 150 ml milk
- 175 g cheese, grated
- 50 g butter
- 25 g breadcrumbs
Method
- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and drain.
- Melt the butter in a pan and saute the leeks for 2 minutes.
- remove from the heat and add the soup and milk. Mix well and return to the heat.
- Mix the sauce into the pasta with 3/4 ofthe cheese. Transfer the mixture to an oven proof dish.
- Sprinke with the reamining cheese and the breadcrumbs. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
