Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 100 g pasta shapes
  • 275 g leeks, roughly chopped
  • 1 tin mushroom soup
  • 150 ml milk
  • 175 g cheese, grated
  • 50 g butter
  • 25 g breadcrumbs

Method

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and drain.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and saute the leeks for 2 minutes.
  3. remove from the heat and add the soup and milk. Mix well and return to the heat.
  4. Mix the sauce into the pasta with 3/4 ofthe cheese. Transfer the mixture to an oven proof dish.
  5. Sprinke with the reamining cheese and the breadcrumbs. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
