Ingredients

  • 1 lb mince
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/4 pint beef stock or red wine

Method

  1. Place the mince, onions and garlic in a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes, or until the mince has browned.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil and simmer uncovered for 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
