Ingredients
- 1 packet American style cheesecake mix
- 2 oz butter
- 8 fl oz milk
- 11 oz tin mandarins
- 1 1/4 oz packet orange jelly
Method
- Grease a 7" shallow pie dish.
- Make up the cheesecake mix as directed on the packet, using the butter and milk.
- Leave in a cool place to set.
- Drain the mandarins, but retain the syrup. Arrange the oranges on top of the cheesecake.
- Make up the jelly following the instructions on the packet, using the reserved syrup.
- Leave to cool slightly, then pur over the mandarins on the cheesecake, and leave to set.
