This dish need not be made with macaroni, any pasta shapes will suffice.

Ingredients
- 100g Macaroni, or pasta shapes
- 50g cheese, grated
- 40g butter
- 100ml milk
- 1 tbsp flour
Method
- Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions and drain.
- In a saucepan, combine the milk and flour. Whisk over a medium heat until no lumps remain.
- Stir in the cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce has thickened. This should take about four minutes.
- Mix the pasta and the cheese sauce together.
