Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1lb mince
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 6 small mushrooms, sliced
  • Jar of bolongese sauce
  • Jar white lasagne sauce
  • Packet dried lasagne sheets

Method

  1. Brown the mince in a frying pan.
  2. Add the oninons and mushrooms and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes, stiring constantly.
  3. Add the jar of bolognese sauce.
  4. Simmer gently for 20 minutes.
  5. Into an oven-proof dish, layer the meat, lasange sheets and white sauce - in that order. Finish with white sauce covering the top.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Place in an oven pre-heated to 200°C and leave for 20 minutes.
