Ingredients
- 1lb mince
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 6 small mushrooms, sliced
- Jar of bolongese sauce
- Jar white lasagne sauce
- Packet dried lasagne sheets
Method
- Brown the mince in a frying pan.
- Add the oninons and mushrooms and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes, stiring constantly.
- Add the jar of bolognese sauce.
- Simmer gently for 20 minutes.
- Into an oven-proof dish, layer the meat, lasange sheets and white sauce - in that order. Finish with white sauce covering the top.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Place in an oven pre-heated to 200°C and leave for 20 minutes.
