Ingredients

• 500g neopolitan ice cream
• 2 chocolate brownies
• 4 wafers
• 10 glacier cheries, halved
• Ice cream sauce

Method

1. Scoop some ice cream into two tall glasses.
2. Add bits of brownie, and a couple of cherry halves.
3. continue to build up the layers.
4. Finish with ice cream, and stick the wafers in.
5. Pour your favourite flavour ice cream sauce over the top.
