Italian Pork Pasta Bake

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 300 g pork fillet, cut into strips
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • Jar of tomato pasta bake sauce
  • 375 g pasta, cooked
  • 75 g cheese, grated

Method

  1. Fry the pork in a pan until beginning to brown.
  2. Add the strips of green pepper and onion and cook for a further couple of minutes.
  3. Put the cooked pasta into an oven proof dish.
  4. Add the sauce to the pork and mix well. Pour over the pasta.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
