Ingredients
- 2 X 135 g jellies, any fruit flavours
- 125 g strawberries, thickly sliced
- 100 g cherries, stoned
- 65 g blackberries, halved
- 125 g raspberries, pureed
- Extra fruit for serving
Method
- Dissolve each jelly in 150 ml boiling water. Make upto 500 ml with cold water or fruit syrup.
- Set each jelly in a separate container with different fruits. Chill for 2 hours to set.
- When all the jellies are set, turn out and chop into 2-3 cm cubes. Mix the pices together in a large bowl, add extra fruit and serve.
