Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 X 135 g jellies, any fruit flavours
  • 125 g strawberries, thickly sliced
  • 100 g cherries, stoned
  • 65 g blackberries, halved
  • 125 g raspberries, pureed
  • Extra fruit for serving

Method

  1. Dissolve each jelly in 150 ml boiling water. Make upto 500 ml with cold water or fruit syrup.
  2. Set each jelly in a separate container with different fruits. Chill for 2 hours to set.
  3. When all the jellies are set, turn out and chop into 2-3 cm cubes. Mix the pices together in a large bowl, add extra fruit and serve.
