Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 tin custard
  • 14 oz tin apple-pie filling (or other fruit filling)
  • 4 oz cream
  • 1/2 oz butter
  • 1/2 oz soft brown butter
  • 3 tbsp cornflakes, crushed

Method

  1. Heat up the custard. Fold in the pie-filling.
  2. Leave to cool, then fold in the cream.
  3. Spoon into 4 dishes.
  4. Gently heat the butter with the sugar until they have melted. Mix in the cornflakes and spoon onto the desserts.
  5. Leave in the fridge until ready to be served.
