Ingredients
- 1 tin custard
- 14 oz tin apple-pie filling (or other fruit filling)
- 4 oz cream
- 1/2 oz butter
- 1/2 oz soft brown butter
- 3 tbsp cornflakes, crushed
Method
- Heat up the custard. Fold in the pie-filling.
- Leave to cool, then fold in the cream.
- Spoon into 4 dishes.
- Gently heat the butter with the sugar until they have melted. Mix in the cornflakes and spoon onto the desserts.
- Leave in the fridge until ready to be served.
