Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Salad cream
  • Cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Hard boil the eggs by boiling for 10 minutes.
  2. Leave to cool, then shell them carefully.
  3. Cut in half lengthways and place on the plate with the flat side down.
  4. Pour salad cream over the top and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
  5. Serve with buttered brown bread.
