Ingredients
- 1 lb cooking apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 4 oz soft margarine
- 2 eggs
- 4 oz self-raising flour
- 4 oz caster sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp demerara sugar
Method
- Mix the margarine, eggs, flour, caster sugar and milk together.
- Stir in the apples, then turn into a dish. Sprinkle with demerara sugar.
- Bake the pudding in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm and with custard.
